  • Hands-on Exercise: Participants will draft a strategic sourcing plan for a specific role and conduct mock interviews using a structured format.

Module 3: Best Practices in Onboarding & Integration

  • Designing an onboarding program that goes beyond paperwork.
  • The crucial first 90 days: setting up new hires for success.
  • Leveraging technology for a seamless onboarding experience.
  • Hands-on Exercise: Group activity to design a comprehensive 30-day onboarding checklist and plan

Module 4: Performance Management that Works

  • Setting clear and measurable goals (SMART goals).
  • The shift from annual reviews to continuous performance conversations
  • Providing constructive feedback and managing difficult conversations.
